Bramford Storage
Bramford Storage is a Battery Energy Storage located on the outskirts of Ipswich. Planning consent for the project was granted in April 2025 with grid connection scheduled for 2029. By 2030, more than 4,000MW of wind, solar and nuclear generation will be connected locally and the project will play a key role in delivering a reliable, low carbon electricity supply for homes and businesses in the south east of England.
Ebbsfleet AI Data Centre Campus
Clearstone is in the early stages of developing a new AI data centre campus that will deliver critical digital infrastructure in a location that is well placed to support and benefit from the next phase of Britain’s growing digital economy. Ebbsfleet is a 300MW data centre project located on the border of London and Kent. The project team is currently undertaking public consultation to inform development.
